Bre & Edward

So here we sit, mid-pandemic, with no weddings in my near future. To be without any in the middle of the spring is surreal. I miss it. I’ve been doing the work to update my website, and try to get some of my newer work online. We shot 42 weddings last year and hardly any of them made it past my instagram. Whoops! The marketing side of me is cringing, but now that I have the down time, I’m reliving some of the events we shot last year.

Bre & Edward were absolutely a highlight. I laughed so hard with this couple. It was just easy. Their wedding was amazing. Every single detail was perfect. They had the help of wedding planner Lauren Tonne of Peonies and Perfection (https://www.peoniesandperfection.com) . Their wedding took place at the MOB’s home in Waterford. They had the coolest tent I have ever seen, complete with air-conditioning (thank heaven), and a ceremony overlooking the lake. Edward didn’t see his bride until she made her way down the aisle, and as you can see.. she looked BEAUTIFUL! Cocktail hour was held at a custom bar placed in the shade near the water, and then dinner served in the tent following entrances and speeches. Their daughter actually got on the mic herself to share a little something with her father and new step-mom. It was perfect!

Once dinner ended, the party started, helped by their DJ, DJ Truth (https://www.instagram.com/downwithdjtruth/?hl=en). When I left, the sun had just started to set, the tent was glowing with strung lights and the dance floor was packed. I’m so excited so share these pictures with you all! Let me know what you think!
